You’ll meet your instructor in the Brecon Beacons, where you can take a moment to absorb the stunning rural landscape surrounding you. Your instructor will provide a safety briefing and introduce you to the rest of the group, then it’s time to get changed. You’ll be equipped with a wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet before heading to the site of your experience: Waterfall Country. Depending on the group’s ability, your instructor will take you to one of two different rivers. Once there, the fun can really begin! Spend the next three hours following the river bed through the gorge; climbing, swimming, and jumping as your instructor leads the way. Expect to get some great exercise and laughs, and to make new friends as you traverse this awe-inspiring site of natural beauty.
